A pastor greeting a multi-generational congregation in a small church sanctuary after a Sunday service

Sunday morning is where the ministry happens. Everything we build is meant to serve it.

Sound familiar?

Most churches aren't short on commitment. They're short on coordination.

Nobody sets out to run digital ministry in pieces. It happens one decision at a time, and each piece makes sense on its own.

What it usually looks like

One company handles the website. Someone else was recommended for SEO. A volunteer posts on Facebook when they have time.

Sermons are uploaded to YouTube and then quietly age in an archive nobody browses. The Google listing still shows last year's service times.

A big event gets a flyer, a Facebook post, and hope.

Why it never quite comes together

Every piece works in isolation, but nothing connects them. Search visibility doesn't lead anywhere useful. A great event page isn't linked from the site.

And there is no single person whose job is to look at all of it and decide what matters next.

The pieces most churches are holding at once

  • A website nobody has time to update
  • Search rankings that were never really worked on
  • A Google Business Profile with outdated service times
  • Reviews that were never asked for
  • Sermons that reach Sunday and then stop
  • Events announced late, or not at all
  • A volunteer running social media alone
  • Giving pages that are hard to find
  • Nobody responsible for the whole picture

We become the department that connects it. One team, one monthly plan, and someone whose actual job is to see the whole picture and tell you what we would improve next.

Your digital marketing department

What Your Digital Marketing Department Can Work On

These are capabilities inside the relationship — not a checklist we promise to complete every month. Your available service time is prioritised around what will help your ministry most right now.

  • Website development & updates

Building, expanding and improving your church website — new pages, better structure, faster load, easier editing.

  • Church SEO & local search

Helping people nearby find your church when they search for a church, a service time, or help they need.

  • Google Business Profile

Keeping your Google listing accurate, complete and active so your information matches reality.

  • Reviews & reputation

Fair, policy-compliant ways to invite honest feedback and respond well when it arrives.

  • Sermon & teaching content

Turning Sunday's teaching into articles, clips, study resources and pages people can find later.

  • Events & promotions

One page, one link, and the assets your team needs to promote it everywhere.

  • Email & visitor follow-up

Simple, permission-based sequences that welcome visitors and keep people connected.

  • Giving experience

Making generosity clear and easy, working with the giving provider you already use.

  • Church-specific AI

An assistant that answers from your church's approved content — and says so when it can't.

  • Analytics & conversion

Understanding what people actually do on your site so improvements are based on evidence.

  • Content organization

Internal linking and structure so a sermon from three years ago is still findable.

  • Digital outreach strategy

A plan for the year that ties your website, content, events and giving together.

Every capability has its own page

If you want to see exactly what we do and how it works, the services hub lays it all out — grouped by what it is for.

No large upfront fee

Start where you are. Build from there.

You do not need thousands of dollars on hand to begin improving your church's digital presence.

A church with an outdated website — or no useful website at all — can start at $200/month with a 12-month partnership, or $250/month month-to-month. Early months can focus heavily on establishing the website foundation.

The website is not something we consider finished. It keeps growing as your ministry does.

If your church wants a large website developed much faster, we can add development capacity or quote project work separately. What we will not do is pretend a complete large website appears inside a few hours.

What should we improve this month?

How Monthly Priorities Work

You receive professional digital marketing time each month and we prioritise that time around your ministry. You should never have to know which digital marketing task you need — that is our job to recommend.

  1. 1

We look at where you are

Your website, your Google presence, your content, your events, your giving pages and your analytics.

  2. 2

    We recommend what matters next

We tell you what we would do first and why, in plain language. You decide what we take on.

  3. 3

    We do the work

That month's time goes into the highest-value work — building, improving, writing, optimising or fixing.

  4. 4

    We show you what changed

You see what was done and what it was intended to achieve. No mystery invoices.

  5. 5

You can redirect us any month

A Christmas outreach, an Easter series, a building campaign — priorities can shift with your ministry.

  6. 6

    You can add capacity

If you want to move faster than your monthly time allows, we can increase your development budget.

Sermon content

Don't Let Sunday's Message Disappear on Monday

Your pastor may spend many hours preparing teaching that gets delivered once and then becomes buried in a video archive. That teaching is worth preserving and multiplying.

  • Preached

A sermon is delivered on a Sunday and heard by the people in the room and watching online.

  • Preserved

We turn it into a teaching page and an article that lives on your website with a permanent address.

  • Shared

Short clips, social content and email excerpts that reach people who never open YouTube.

  • Extended

Where it fits, teaching can become a book or a song for your church and supporters.

  • Organized

Teaching grouped by subject so it stays connected instead of scattering across years.

  • Findable later

Someone searching your site two years from now for teaching on marriage, prayer or grace should be able to find it.

Sermon → Teaching Page → Article → Social Content → Clips → Book → Song → Related Resources

Not every sermon needs every derivative, and we won't force one through the whole chain. The purpose is to preserve valuable ministry teaching and make it discoverable later — not to build a pastor's personal following.

Sermon content is available inside your monthly service time, and books, songs and video production are separate services with their own pricing.

The Sermon Content Engine page explains what we do with a sermon, and the individual production services have their own pricing.

Self-Funding Digital Outreach

Our goal is for your digital outreach to eventually help pay for itself

This is a goal we work toward with you — not a promise, and not a guarantee.

As your church builds digital resources, there may be opportunities for those resources to support the cost of the outreach itself. Books, songs, digital resources, events, sponsorships and a thoughtful marketplace can all help.

Our goal is to help your church's digital outreach eventually pay for itself — and potentially help support other areas of ministry.

We will not promise a financial result, a timeline, or typical revenue. What we will do is build the systems and resources carefully, measure honestly, and show you what is actually happening. Google Ad Grants can amplify your outreach, but they are advertising support rather than income.

The Self-Funding Digital Outreach page explains the philosophy, the potential, and the honest limits.

Church events

One Event. One Page. One Link to Share Everywhere.

Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, conferences, men's and women's events, children's events, community dinners, fundraisers and outreach — each one deserves a real page.

Instead of a flyer, a Facebook post and a group text that all say something slightly different, we build one page that holds the details, the directions, the registration and the calendar link. Then every channel points to the same place.

Your team can share the link anywhere — email, text, QR code, printed flyer, Google Business Profile. Volunteers can distribute it because the page already exists.

We don't automatically delete event pages after the event. A recurring event page can become a recap, and then be updated for next year, keeping everything that already points to it working.

Google & local visibility

Being Found by the People Who Are Already Looking

A person looking for a church will often start online. If your information is wrong or thin, they move on to the next result.

  • Your church appears for searches that actually matter locally
  • Service times, address and contact details are consistent everywhere
  • Your Google Business Profile is complete, categorized and active
  • Photos and posts keep the listing alive rather than stale
  • Individual ministry and event pages give Google something real to rank
  • Internal linking makes the important pages reachable in one or two clicks
  • Honest review invitations, with responses that reflect well on your church
  • Local landing pages for the communities you actually serve

Local visibility is not a one-time setup. It is ongoing work, which is why it fits inside a monthly relationship rather than a project invoice.

Future-focused ministry technology

Ask the Church — Not the Internet

A church-specific AI assistant can answer visitor questions using only your church's approved content.

Someone wondering what your church teaches about salvation, or whether you have a program for their children, can ask — and get an answer drawn from your sermons, teaching articles, statement of faith, ministry pages and FAQs.

If your approved content does not contain the answer, the assistant should say so rather than inventing theology. That single rule is the difference between a useful ministry tool and a liability.

The questions people ask are also useful to us. Aggregated and anonymized, they show exactly where your website has gaps — which becomes next month's content plan.

Your ministry shouldn't lose its digital home because you change providers.

Your church owns and controls its content and digital assets as defined in the service agreement. Where practical, your domain and third-party accounts belong directly to your church, not to us.

If you ever leave Christian Marketing Pros, we provide appropriate backups, content, assets and exports so you can move forward elsewhere. Technical platforms have limits on export formats, but portability and a responsible handover are the principle.

Why Christian Marketing Pros

Built Around How Churches Actually Work

  • One team, not five vendors

A single relationship instead of a website company, an SEO contractor, a print shop and a volunteer holding it together.

  • Priced for real church budgets

You can begin at $200/month. There is no large required website fee standing between you and a better digital presence.

  • Volunteers are an asset

We create the content and hand your team what they need to publish it. We don't charge you for work your volunteers can do well.

  • We recommend, you decide

You will never be handed a list of technical tasks and expected to prioritise them yourself.

  • Honest about what we can't promise

We will not guarantee a financial outcome. We will show you what is genuinely happening.

  • You keep your digital home

Your content and assets remain yours, and we hand over properly if you ever move on.

Questions churches ask

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to commit to 12 months?

No. The $250/month month-to-month option has no long-term commitment. The $200/month rate is available with a 12-month partnership, which gives us enough runway to keep building and improving your digital presence rather than starting over each month.

What exactly do we get each month?

Approximately 4–6 hours of professional digital marketing and development work, prioritised around what will help your ministry most. It is not a fixed package of a set number of pages or posts. Some months that means website work, some months SEO, content, events or Google visibility.

We already have a website. Can you still help?

Yes — and it is often the first thing we look at. We can improve what you have, restructure it, or rebuild it over time. If your current site is a genuine obstacle, early months can focus heavily on getting the foundation right.

Do you replace our volunteers?

No. We deliberately do not charge churches for work that capable volunteers can reasonably do. Our professional time concentrates on strategy, SEO, development, systems, content transformation, analytics and specialised production. Where volunteers can help, we hand over ready-to-use content and clear instructions.

Is this just website design with a different name?

It is broader than that. Website development is one capability inside the relationship. We also work on search visibility, your Google Business Profile, reviews, sermon and teaching content, events, email and visitor follow-up, giving pages, analytics, church-specific AI and outreach strategy.

Will our digital outreach pay for itself?

That is our goal, not a guarantee. We work toward helping your digital outreach eventually pay for itself and potentially support other areas of ministry — but we will not promise a financial result, a timeline, or typical revenue.

Who owns our website and domain?

Your church owns its content and digital assets as defined in the agreement, and where practical your domain and third-party accounts belong directly to you. If you leave, you receive appropriate backups, content, assets and exports.

Are there costs on top of the monthly price?

Sometimes, and we will always be clear about them. Third-party costs such as domains, commercial email providers, SMS usage, payment processing, unusual hosting or storage, premium software, printing, shipping and outside vendors remain separate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Another way to reach us

Prefer to talk it through on the phone?

Not everyone wants to fill in a form. Call and tell us what is going on with your church. We will tell you honestly whether we can help — and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
